Using Powerful Body Language

One of the most important aspects you need to work on as a pick up artist is your physiology or body language. Your body language talks volumes about your personality before you even open your mouth.

Used correctly body language can be used to not only put a woman at ease with your advances but to also massively improve your own confidence within a pick up.

It is well worth looking more thoroughly into body language as it will have a massive impact on your game as a whole. Below you will find a few of the more important aspects that you should look into immediately.

Eye Contact

Good eye contact is critical in all human interaction, whether that be business or pleasure. Whilst picking up girl’s good eye contact builds sexual tension and interest whilst showing confidence on your part. People who don’t hold good eye contact are generally shy and lack confidence in themselves and as we all know a lack of confidence, or even a perceived lack of confidence can be damning when trying to seduce women. Whether you are talking to your intended target or one of her friends within a group, always keep eye contact with whoever you are talking to. Move your eye contact around to hold the interest of the group. What ever you do NEVER look down. If you must look away look to the side or up. Looking down is subconsciously seen as a sign of weakness.

Use Hand Gesture’s

Hand gesture’s are a great tool for making you look and feel more confident in set. With the correct use of gesture’s you can hide any nervous fidgeting successfully and come across as a more confident and open person. Using your hand’s when talking captivates your target and makes you more interesting to talk to. This also gives you a more natural elevation into touching her as a way to escalate the interaction. If you are rigid and stiff whilst talking to a girl and you then suddenly try touching her she will not feel comfortable around you as you are giving off the wrong signals.

Touch

We all like to be touched. If you are naturally a person who gestures and are full of energy, moving around a lot girl’s will not think anything of it if you touch their arm or place a hand on the small of their back to lead to somewhere quiet. Obviously by touch we are not talking about grabbing a womans breasts or spanking her on the ass! That comes later

Don’t Crowd Her

Most men when approaching a women will walk straight up to her and really get in her face. Everybody likes having a bit of personal space. This is especially true of women. Walking up to a woman directly and standing two inches away from her directly in front of her is a sure fire way to get blown off. This is quite intimidating for anyone. Everything about your approach should be casual. Only your head should be pointing towards her. Have your feet pointing away from her, this will put less pressure on her in the early stages of the interaction.

These are just a few tips for using correct body language to help you pick up girl’s. Practice using your body language correctly in everyday life. Walk around confidently, head held high, walk with authority, carry yourself as if you have all the confidence you’ll ever need. Even if you aren’t a naturally confident person the correct and consistent use of your physiology will soon explode your confidence levels through the roof.
